Shipping, Damages and/or Shortages
At time of delivery please inspect your shipment prior to signing for it and be sure to note any visual damages and/or shortages on the freight bill while the driver is still there. If freight should be damaged or short, please fax or email a copy of the freight bill to us immediately. JM Beverage will file all freight claims for any damages noted on the freight bill at time of delivery. Otherwise you will be responsible for any damages and/or shortages found later.
If you are ordering online, there is a UPS shipping calculator that automatically determines the cost of shipping your products and your delivery date. You can access this by simply entering your zip code and your choice of the type of shipping (either ground, Next Day, 2-day, etc).
Machines cannot be shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. We have a flat generic rate, not including residential or liftgate on our website. If you would like the best freight quote possible, please call us at (972) 231-6012.

Credit for new machines will only be issued if they are returned within one week of purchase and in the original carton, with the original packing materials and all parts including the service manual returned. The same credit card and/or method of payment that was originally used will be credited for the return.
Call 972-231-6012 to get a RMA number for any machines and/or accessories, etc needing to be returned. Credit will not be given if material is received without an RMA number.
Should you just change your mind and want to return a good product, the shipping charges will not be refunded and a return fee will be deducted from your credit. If we should ship material in error, it will be replaced with free freight. The return freight will only be refunded if we shipped the wrong product.
All manufacturing defects will be referred to the manufacturer for replacement or refund. JM Beverage will assist in every possible way to reach a satisfactory settlement and/or replacement.
Due to HACCP regulations we are unable to accept beverage products back once they have left our building as we have no control over where they may have been or what may have happened to them since they left our dock.
